Programmes & Support

As part of our work, we collaborate with partners to deliver programmes, support and resources to address loneliness amongst high risk groups.

Loneliness isn’t experienced equally. Life circumstances, inequality and major transitions can increase the risk of loneliness for some young people.

That’s why we provide targeted support, programmes and practical resources to help young people connect, build friendships and overcome the barriers they face.

LaunchPad Programme

Our new LaunchPad Programme supports NEET young adults aged 18-25 struggling with loneliness, low confidence and facing barriers to work or training.

The programme of support aims to provide practical tools, co-working sessions and group activities to help build confidence, reduce isolation, and take the first steps toward education, employment, or training.

Young Men, Friendship & Loneliness

Back in 2025, we partnered with Beyond Equality to deliver a series of workshops for young men, exploring the challenges of connection, identity and belonging in modern society.

The sessions examined the social pressures, expectations and stereotypes that can shape men’s experiences of friendship, vulnerability and help-seeking.

Participants were equipped with practical tools and resources to build stronger support networks, improve their wellbeing, and feel more confident reaching out during times of challenge.
