What we do

What we do

We foster connections and tackle loneliness through community activities, support resources, awareness campaigns, and research to drive change.

Our Community Activities

One of the main ways in which we tackle loneliness is through our regular events and activities are designed to provide opportunities for young adults to meet new people, foster social connections, and find a sense of community.

Since 2021, over 50,000 young adults have attended our activities and we have helped foster thousands of friendships along the way.

Our Campaigns

Our Campaigns

We campaign to tackle the stigma of loneliness by raising awareness, highlighting its prevalence among young adults, and emphasising its severe impact on mental and physical health. Through collaboration with partners, we work to keep loneliness on the social agenda and push for meaningful policy changes.

Research

We work with leading universities and research organisations to deepen our understanding of loneliness, strengthen our approach, evaluate our work and grow our impact.

Our research findings inform future interventions, demonstrate the impact and scalability of our approach, guide policy recommendations, and support advocacy efforts to tackle loneliness and social isolation.
