We operate a range of community guidelines to promote respectful communication, discourage offensive or harmful behaviour, and foster a positive, safe and inclusive community.
Community Guidelines
We know it can be challenging to connect with like-minded people and build meaningful relationships as an adult.
Particularly in a post-covid world, where remote and hybrid working is now increasingly the norm – social opportunities can be limited.
That’s why we created this community back in 2021 to help young adults form meaningful and hopefully lifelong friendships with each other.
To help you guys do this organically, we host events 3-4 times a week and a range of online spaces where you can not just meet people, make friends but most importantly maintain those friendships… whilst of course, exploring doing all sorts of cool and fun activities around London.
However, for connections to blossom – in line with our safeguarding policy, we believe it’s vital that they remain safe and supportive. That’s why we have a range of community guidelines that promote respectful communication, discourage offensive or harmful behaviour, and foster a positive and inclusive community.

Report Incident
Our community values respect, inclusivity, and safety for all members, and so we take all reports of inappropriate behaviour or violation of community guidelines seriously.
In line with our safeguarding policy, we encourage you to report any incidents to help ensure that all members are protected and issues can be addressed in a timely manner. Should you need to report an incident, there are three different options for you to do this.
or
Option 1 – Reporting Form
The best way for us to accurately and effectively, follow-up on a report is by submitting an incident report form.
These reports are anonymous, unless you choose to submit your identity. However, if you choose to submit anonymously, we’d kindly ask if you might be able to provide as much information as possible to help us investigate the matter thoroughly.
If you are happy for us to contact you about this, we will then be in touch to learn more and will then look to investigate at the earliest opportunity.
Option 2 – Request a Message Back
At this point, you can request either a message back from David, the Project Lead or from one of our independent, Community Officers.
If you’d prefer a message back from one of our community officers below. When they’ve received your request, they’ll aim to contact you within 2-5 working days to offer support and learn more about your incident.
Your report will be treated confidentially and our independent Community Officers will only escalate this matter, if you wish or if it is necessary for safeguarding reasons.
Option 3 – Talk to us at an Event
Finally, you are also welcome to speak with any of our community officers or the project lead at an event, to raise your concerns.
