Overview

We know job hunting can feel endless and demoralising – scrolling, applying, and sometimes not even hearing back.

After a while, the days blur together and you can start to feel like you’re standing still, while everyone else is moving forward. But the reality is, you’re far from alone in feeling that way.

But what most people don’t talk about is how easy it is to lose motivation when feel that you’re tackling everything on your own.

That’s why we created LaunchPad: a new community for young adults looking for work designed to provide support, friendship and help you rediscover direction at your own pace, as you plan your next steps.

Who is it for?

If you’re 18-25 and not currently in work or study, LaunchPad is for you.

Whether you’re feeling lost, starting over, or just need a reset: this is a chance to rebuild your confidence, routine, and friendships in a fun, supportive environment.

Running on Mondays in Wandsworth, you’ll get to a enjoy a range of free activities (like VR, bowling, and more), access the latest technology, and have a dedicate co-working space to help boost your confidence and re-energise your job search.

You’ll join a supportive group of young adults who are in the same boat, working together, sharing progress, and motivating each other to take the next step.

And best of all – it’s completely free to join, plus everyone who completes the programme will receive £100 in vouchers!

New Technology

Learn practical digital skills that make your job search easier and discover tools to help you stay organised, motivated, and ready for what’s next

Fun Activities

Alongside this, you will also get to enjoy a range of fun activities (like VR, Bowling & Team Challenges) to help you build confidence, try new things, and build new friendships.

Co-Working Spaces

The programme will offer you regular, free co-working spaces where you can work side-by-side and share progress in a community of young people in the same boat as you.

1:1 Support

Get personal help with your CV, job search, or goal-setting from friendly mentors who’ve been where you are and want to see you succeed.
