Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)

Overview
This new Programmes & Community Co-ordinator will play a central role in turning our plans into well-organised, consistently delivered programmes.
You’ll take ownership of programme coordination, operational systems, volunteer management and delivery logistics, while working closely with the Founder on community growth, partnerships and fundraising.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a growing organisation, improving how things work and helping ambitious programmes succeed.
The Role
Who you are
– Experienced Coordinator: You have at least two years’ experience in programme, project, event, community or operational coordination, with responsibility for successful delivery.
– Organised Problem Solver: You can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate systems, take initiative and find practical solutions when plans change.
– Volunteer or Team Experience: You have experience coordinating, supporting or leading volunteers, staff or delivery teams.
– Community-Focused Communicator: You can facilitate welcoming, inclusive experiences and build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, colleagues and partners.
– Tech-Savvy: You are confident using digital tools and can introduce or improve processes that make work clearer, more efficient and easier to manage.
– Flexible: You can work occasional evenings and weekends to support programme delivery, with Time Off in Lieu provided.
